TNF b His Recombinant Protein
Source : Escherichia Coli. TNF-b Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 192 amino acids (35-205 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 20.9kDa. TNF-b is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. TNF-b is a potent multifunctional cytokine produced mainly by activated T and B lymphocytes. The protein has been shown to have a specific potent cytotoxic activity on tumor cells and a variety of other target cells as well as being a mediator of inflammation and immune function.
