SF20 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is single, a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 162 amino acids fragment (33-173) and having a total molecular mass of 18 kDa. C9orf10 is fused to 20 amino acids His tag at N-terminus and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. SF20 plays a role in proliferation of lymphoid cells and is considered an interleukin. SF20 was initially identified as a product of bone marrow-derived stromal cells.
