Source : Escherichia Coli. sRANKL Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 199 amino acids (140-317 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 22.3kDa.sRANKL is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RANKL binds to tnfrsf11b/opg and to tnfrsf11a/rank. Osteoclast differentiation and activation factor. Augments the ability of dendritic cells to stimulate naive t-cell proliferation. May be an important regulator of interactions between t-cells and dendritic cells and may play a role in the regulation of the t-cell-dependent immune response. sRANKL may also play an important role in enhanced bone-resorption in humoral hypercalcemia of malignancy.

Components

SRANKL protein solution (0.5mg/mL) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 20% glycerol, 0.1M NaCl and 1mM DTT.

Storage Conditions

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
