IL 10 His Recombinant Protein
Source : Escherichia Coli. Interleukin-10 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is single, a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 181 amino acids fragment (19-178) and having a total molecular mass of 20.94kDa with a 20 amino acids N-Terminal His tag. The IL-10 His-Tag protein is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Interleukin-10 is a multifunctional cytokine produced by a variety of cell types including T helper cells activated B cells and activated macrophages. Interleukin-10 regulates immune-mediated inflammation and modulates the function of cells such as lymphocytes, monocytes, natural killer cells and dendritic cells.
