APRIL Recombinant Protein

Source : Escherichia Coli. APRIL Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 159 amino acids (105-247) and having a molecular mass of 17.6kDa.APRIL is fused to a 16 amino acid T7-tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. APRIL which is a part of the TNF ligand superfamily (TNFSF13) is a type II transmembrane protein. Normally, APRIL expression is low in tissues, but is elevated in numerous types of tumors and transformed cell lines.

Storage Conditions

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
