Anti-FITC (Fluorescein Isothiocyanate) Monoclonal Antibody (Clone: SPM395)

This MAb recognizes both the free and protein-conjugated (either soluble or cell bound) form of fluorescein or carboxy-fluorescein. Sensitivity of the FITC-anti-FITC system is reportedly similar to that of the biotin-avidin system. In biotin or enzyme-labeled form, this MAb is also suitable for the conversation of fluorescein-labeled detection into immuno-enzymatic assays.

Storage Conditions

Antibody with azide - store at 2 to 8°C. Antibody without azide - store at -20 to -80°C. Antibody is stable for 24 months. Non-hazardous.
