Purification
Purified recombinant protein is conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated protein and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.
Components
Streptavidin FITC - 1 vial (0.5 ml) of Ready-to-use solution. No reconstitution is necessary. Reagent is provided in stabilizing phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution containing 15mM sodium azide.
Storage Conditions
Store at 2-8°C. Protect from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Applications Notes
Flow cytometry: Recomended use: 2.5 μg/ml. Extracellular and intracellular staining.
