Anti-RPSA Antibody (Clone : RP-01)

Ribosomal protein SA (RPSA) is a multi-functional protein, that is an important component of 40S ribosomal subunit, and binds to lamin. Higher expression of RPSA is characteristic for many carcinomas, and correlates with their invasivity and metastatic potential. It has also been described, that RPSA interacts with amyloid beta peptide during Alzheimer ́s disease. Specificity : The mouse monoclonal antibody RP-01 recognizes ribosomal protein SA (RPSA), which is important for formation and stability of 40S ribosomal subunit, and is overexpressed in many carcinomas.
