Polyclonal Antibody to Neurotensin receptor 2
NTSR2 (Neurotensin receptor type 2) is a receptor for tridecapeptide neurotensin. It belongs to the G protein-coupled receptor family that activates a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system and a receptor for the tridecapeptide neurotensin. NTSR2 is associated with alcohol dependence. This protein is comprised of 410 amino acids and is found to be expressed in prostate, blood, brain, cerebrum, spinal cord and thalamus.
