Polyclonal Antibody to HOIL-1L/RBCK1
RBCK1 (RanBP-type and C3HC4-type zinc finger containing 1) is a transcription factor belonging to the RING-IBR protein family. It shuttles between the nucleus and cytoplasm, possessing both the nuclear export and localization signals within its amino acid sequence. RBCK1 deficiency causes polyglucosan storage myopathy associated with progressive muscle weakness and cardiomyopathy. RBCK1 negatively regulates the cellular antiviral response. RBCK1 regulates cell cycle progression and proliferation of ERalpha (estrogen receptor alpha) -positive breast cancer cells by supporting transcription of ERalpha and cyclin B1.
