Polyclonal Antibody to ifi-204 (mouse)
Interferon-activable protein 204 (Ifi-204) is a primarily nuclear phosphoprotein which inhibits cell growth, in part by modulating transcriptional activity of NFkB, E2F, AP-1, p53 and RB1-dependent and independent pathways. it also inhibits transcription of ribosomal RNA and DNA binding by UBTF. The disease related to IFI204 include skin, metaplasia and necrosis. It is present in osteoblasts (at protein level) and has two isoforms.
