Twister

Disc of dia approx. 300mm made of durable plastic material can be used with double sides. Two discs of same sizes attached with a rotatable attachment. One disc is covered with pointed studs and another one with radii studs. It will circulate blood pressure in whole body in a systematic way on standing on it for half an hour. Small sizes magnets are also fitted on the footrest position.
