Semi Conductor Diode Characteristics Apparatus (With four meters) With built in dual IC regulated power supplies, fitted with selected semi conductor diode OA-79 or its equivalent, mounted on the front panel. Four MO-65 meters with their separate termils are provided on the front panel. 0-1.5V & 0-10mA meters are used for forward bias characteristics apparatus whereas for reverse bias characteristics apparatus 0-50V-50V and 0-50μA moving coil meters are used. Separate termils for all the four meters, Semi conductor diode as well as for dual power supplies are provided on the front panel. Supplied in a powder coated sheet metal box.
