Lightening Conductor

For demonstration of the principle of lightening conductor, charge stored in spherical balls capacitors and its conduction to the earth. Comprises a plated metal sphere mounted on cast metal tripod base and another adjustable sphere supported above the first one on a metal strip on the vertical pillar attached to one of the legs of tripod base. The upper sphere has bent metal rod termiting in pointed shape with provision for adjusting the distance between the two spheres.
