A Set Of Two Transparent Plates Of Size (155 x 76 x 6Mm) Has A Matrix Of Small Circular Chambers, Each Chamber Containing A Piece Of Iron Wire That Functions Effectively As A Plotting Compass. The Plates Can Be Arranged In Various Configrations Eg; As Single Large Two-Dimensiol Surface And As The Faces Of Cube, So As To Observe The Configuration Of A Magnetic Field In One Or Two Dimensions With The Attraction And Repulsion Properties Of Magnets. The Transparent Plates Also Makes Them Suitable For Use On An Overhead Projector. A Bar Magnet Is Also Provided With The Kit. (Magnetic Field Demonstrator)
