Comprising a plastic pulley of 70mm diameter mounted on a cast metal frame through metal strip pivoted to the frame. The frame allows mounting of the assembly to a work bench or force board with pulley in vertical position and provides adjustment in the pulley position. The clamp frame is detached from the rest of the assembly for using it elsewhere. All metal parts with scratch-resistant epoxy coating.
