No. 11066-H27H-B) with an affinity constant of 78.9 pM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested) .

The secreted recombinant human, Cynomolgus VEGF165 consists of 200 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 23.1 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 28.3 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
