No. 16135-H49H-B) on SA Biosensor, can bind Anti-TSLP (Research Grade Tezepel*mab Biosimilar) with an affinity constant of 18.29 pM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) . 3.Immobilized Recombinant Human TSLP Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 16135-H49H-B) at 2 μg/mL (100 μl/well) on streptavidin precoated (2 μg/mL, 100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human CRLF2 Protein (ECD, Fc Tag) (Cat: 29749-H02H), the EC50 is 0.8-2.5 ng/mL (QC tested) .

The recombinant Human TSLP consists of 183 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 19.84 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 29.7、20.3 and 15.1 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 24.5 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
