No. 11084-H49H-B) on SA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human Apolipoprotein E/APOE Protein, isoform E3, His & Trx Tag (Cat. No. 10817-H30E) with an affinity constant of 31.900 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant human TREM2 consists of 182 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 20.69 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 34.12 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
