The recombinant Human TNFSF13 has a predicted molecular mass of 53.11 kDa. It migrates as approximately 53.3 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 64.9 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
