The recombinant human TNFRII/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer consists of 482 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 53 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rh TNFRII/Fc monomer is approximately 65.6 kDa due to glycosylation.
