1.Immobilized Recombinant Human BLyS / TNFSF13B / BAFF Protein (Fc Tag) (Cat: 10056-H01H) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human BCMA Protein (ECD, His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 10620-H49H-B), the EC50 is 5-15 ng/mL (Routinely tested) . 2.Immobilized Anti-BCMA Antibody, Human IgG1 at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human BCMA Protein (ECD, His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 10620-H49H-B), the EC50 is 1.5-6 ng/mL (Routinely tested) . 3.293 cells were transduced with anti-BCMA-scFv and subjected to flow cytometric analysis using biotinylated recombinant human BCMA (left, Cat. No. 10620-H49H-B, red) and a negative control protein (blue) . The cells were then stained with a FITC-conjugated Streptavidin. Non-transduced 293 cells were used as a control (right) (Routinely tested) . 4.Loaded Recombinant Human BAFF/BLyS/TNFSF13B Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 10620-H49H-B) with an affinity constant of 18.1 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) . 5.Immobilized Recombinant Human APRIL/TNFSF13 Protein (Fc Tag) (Cat: 10610-H01H2) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human BCMA Protein (ECD, His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 10620-H49H-B), the EC50 is 0.6-2.0 ng/mL (QC tested) .

The recombinant Human TNFRSF17 consists of 80 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 9.16 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 16.7 kDa and 12 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
