No. 10602-H49H-B) on SA Biosensor, can bind Anti-TNFa (Research Grade Adalim*mab Biosimilar) with an affinity constant of 0.458 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant Human TNF comprises 183 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 20.61 kDa. It migrates as approximately 20.7 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 63.4 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
