1.Immobilized Recombinant Human TIGIT Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 10917-H49H1-B) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (2 μg/mL, 100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human CD155 / PVR / NECL5 Protein (Fc Tag) (Cat: 10109-H02H), the EC50 is 15-45 ng/mL. 2.Immobilized Anti-Tigit Antibody, Human IgG1 (Tiragolumab) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human TIGIT Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 10917-H49H1-B), the EC50 is 0.5-1.5 ng/mL (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant Human TIGIT predicts a molecular mass of 30.63 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 39.3 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
