No. 10700-H02H) on proA Biosensor, can bind Biotinylated Recombinant Human Angiopoietin-2/ANGPT2 Protein (His & AVI Tag) (Cat. No. 10691-H27H1-B) with an affinity constant of 0.547 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant Human TEK consists of 961 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 107.37 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 132.5 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
