TACSTD2 Protein (C-human IgG1-Fc, Mouse)

Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cells. When 5 x 10E4 cells/well are added to coated plates (40 μg/mL, 100 μL/well), > 50% cells will adhere after 1 hour at 37°C.

The secreted recombinant mouse TACSTD2/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 487 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 55 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rmTACSTD2/Fc monomer is approximately 66 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
