The recombinant Rhesus/Cynomolgus TACSTD2 consists of 253 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 28.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 44.6 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
