The recombinant SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) Spike S1 (HV69-70 deletion, N501Y, D614G) -His Recombinant Protein consists of 679 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 76.2 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 106.6 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
