No. 40997-VNAH3) with an affinity constant of 0.459 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested) . 3.RABV-G (17C7) -IgG1 captured on Protein A chip, can bind Rabies virus (RABV) Glycoprotein/G Protein (Cat. No. 40997-VNAH3) with an affinity constant of 8.430 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested) .

It migrates as an approximately 61 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 172.5 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
