Immobilized Human Nectin-2 His (Cat:10005-H08H) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human PVRIG mFc (Cat:28312-H38H2), the EC50 of Human PVRIG mFc (Cat:28312-H38H2) is 40-260 ng/mL. 2.Loaded Human PVRIG Protein, mFc Tag (Cat.No.28312-H38H2) on AMC Biosensor, can bind Human Nectin-2 protein (Cat.No.10005-HCCH) with an affinity constant of 0.680μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet Red384) (Routinely tested) . 3.Loaded Human PVRIG Protein, mFc Tag (Cat.No.28312-H38H2) on AMC Biosensor, can bind Human Nectin-2 protein, hFc Tag (Cat.No.10005-H02H) with an affinity constant of 8.784nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet Red384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant human PVRIG consists of 365 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 40.15 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 52.66 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
