Immobilized TIGIT Protein, Human, Recombinant (mFc Tag) (Cat:10917-H38H) at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind CD155/PVR Protein, Rhesus, Recombinant (His Tag) (Cat:90005-C08H), the EC50 of CD155/PVR Protein, Rhesus, Recombinant (His Tag) is 200-900 ng/mL. 3.Loaded Recombinant Cynomolgus TIGIT Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 90890-C02H) on proA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Rhesus CD155/PVR Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 90005-C08H) with an affinity constant of 0.964 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .
