The recombinant canine PDCD1 consists of 156 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 17.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 34.88 and 65.02 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, corresponding to the monomer and homodimer.
