PCSK9 Protein (C-AVI & His, Human)

1.Measured by its ability to bind recombinant LDLR-His (Cat:10231-H08H) in a functional ELISA. 2.Loaded Biotinylated Recombinant Human PCSK9 Protein, His & AVI Tag (Cat. No. 29698-H27H-B) on SA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human LDLR/LDL Receptor Protein, mFc Tag (Cat. No. 10231-H05H) with an affinity constant of 12.900 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant human PCSK9 consists of 688 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 74.3 kDa. As a result of glycosylation and proteolytic digestion, it migrates as doublet with apparent molecular mass of 18 kDa and 60 kDa corresponding to the pro domain and mature form respectively in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 77.9 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
