No. 10594-H08H1-UE) with an affinity constant of 2.04 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant human PCSK9 consists 673 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 72.6 kDa. Due to autocatalytic cleavage, non-covalently associated fragments appear as a major band at approximately 60–70 kDa and smaller fragments at 17–18 kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
