The secreted recombinant human OSMR comprises 724 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 82.6 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the band migrates approximately 120-150 kDa in the SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 122.9 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
