NTRK1 Protein (N-human IgG1-Fc, Canine)

Measured by its ability to inhibit NGF-induced proliferation of TF‐1 human erythroleukemic cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 2-8 μg/mL in the presence of 10 ng/mL of recombinant human NGF.

The recombinant canine NTRK1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 386 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 42.3 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 55-61 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
