1.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human CD112 (Cat: 10005-HCCH) at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind human DNAM1-Fch (Cat: 10565-H03H) with a linear range of 1.25-10 μg/ml. 2.Loaded Human PVRIG Protein, mFc Tag (Cat.No.28312-H38H2) on AMC Biosensor, can bind Human Nectin-2 protein (Cat.No.10005-HCCH) with an affinity constant of 0.680μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet Red384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant human CD112 comprises 335 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 36.2 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 48 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
