Immobilized mouse CD112-His (Cat: 50318-M08H) at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind mouse DNAM1-Fc (Cat: 50232-M03H) with a linear range of 0.03-1.0 μg/ml.

The secreted recombinant mouse PVRL2 comprises 331 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of 36 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 40-45 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
