Immobilized Nectin 3 Protein, Human, Recombinant (ECD, hFc Tag) (Cat:10852-H02H) at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind PVRL1/NECTIN1 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His Tag) (Cat:11611-H08H), the EC50 of PVRL1/NECTIN1 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His Tag) is 150-700 ng/mL.

The recombinant human PVRL1 consists of 315 amino acids and predictes a molecular mass of 35.4 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhPVRL1 is approximately 45-50 kDa due to glycosylation.
