The recombinant Influenza A virus ((A/Thailand/1 (KAN-1) /2004) (H5N1) ) Neuraminidase comprises 481 amino acids with the predicted molecular mass of 53.51 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 56.8 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 238.7 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
