Immobilized Recombinant Human CD20 Protein (Nanodisc, AVI & His Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 11007-H73H-NB-B) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (2 μg/mL, 100 μL/well) can bind Anti-CD20 (Research Grade Rituxi*mab Biosimilar), the EC50 is 5-15 (Routinely tested) . 3. Immobilized Anti-CD20 (Research Grade Obinutuzu*mab Biosimilar) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human CD20 Protein (Nanodisc, AVI & His Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 11007-H73H-NB-B), the EC50 is 0.5-2 ng/mL (QC tested) . 4. Immobilized Anti-CD20 (Research Grade Rituxi*mab Biosimilar) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human CD20 Protein (Nanodisc, AVI & His Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 11007-H73H-NB-B), the EC50 is 1-5 ng/mL (QC tested) . 5. Immobilized Recombinant Human CD3E & CD3G Heterodimer Protein, Low Endotoxin (Cat: CT089-H46H-E) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well), add Anti-CD20/CD3 (Research Grade Glofita*mab Biosimilar) and then add Recombinant Human CD20 Protein (Nanodisc, AVI & His Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 11007-H73H-NB-B) at 0.1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) . Detection was performed using HRP Streptavidin , the EC50 is 20-60 ng/mL (QC tested) .

The recombinant Human CD20 comprises 338 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 37.34 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 41.4 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
