MPL Protein (C-His, Human)

No. 10443-H08H) with an affinity constant of 12.3 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested) . 2. Loaded Recombinant Human TPO/Thrombopoietin Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 10381-H02H) on ProA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human TPO-R Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 10443-H08H) with an affinity constant of 9.06 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant Human MPL consists of 477 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 54 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 68 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
