LAG3 Protein (C-mouse IgG1-Fc, Human)

1.Immobilized LAG3 Protein, Human, Recombinant (ECD, mFc Tag) (Cat:16498-H05H) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-LAG3 (BMS) -IgG4 Antibody (Relatlimab), the EC50 is 8-40ng/mL. 2.Loaded Human LAG-3 Protein, mFc Tag (Cat.No.16498-H05H) on AMC Biosensor, can bind Human FGL-1 protein, hFc Tag (Cat.No.13484-H02H1) with an affinity constant of 56.8nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet Red384) (Routinely tested) . 3.Daudi cells were subjected to flow cytometric analysis using recombinant human LAG3 protein (mouse IgG2a Fc tag) (left, Cat. No. 16498-H05H, red) and a negative control protein (blue) . The cells were then stained with an FITC-conjugated anti-mouse IgG2a Fc antibody.

The recombinant human LAG3 consists of 662 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 72.6 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 87.3 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
