The recombinant mouse LAG3 consists of 420 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 45.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 55.4 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 114.1 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
