1.Immobilized Recombinant Human FGF21 Protein (Cat: 10911-HNAE) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Mouse Klotho beta Protein (His Tag) (Cat: 50661-M08H1), the EC50 is 100-300 ng/mL. 2.Measured in a cell proliferation assay using NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.2-2 μg/mL in the presence of Recombinant human FGF21.

The recombinant Mouse KLB consisting of 954 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 110.39 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 59 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
