The recombinant Cynomolgus KIR3DL3 consisting of 329 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 35.95 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 51.9 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
