The recombinant human VEGFR2/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 979 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 109 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of human VEGFR2/Fc monomer is approximatly 150-160 KDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. The molecular weight of this protein is around 287.6 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
