Bioactivity
1.Loaded Anti-VEGFR2 (Research Grade Ramucirumab Biosimilar) on ProA Biosensor, can bind Biotinylated Human VEGFR2 protein, His & AVI Tag (Cat. No. 10012-H27H-B) with an affinity constant of 1.88nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet Red384) (Routinely tested) . 2.Serial dilutions of Anti-VEGF (Research Grade Bevacizumab Biosimilar) were added into Recombinant Human VEGFR2/Flk-1/CD309/KDR Protein (His&AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 10012-H27H-B) : Recombinant Human / Cynomolgus VEGF / VEGFA / VEGF165 Protein (Cat: 11066-HNAH) binding reactions. The half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) is 0.5 μg/mL (Routinely tested) .
