No. 11081-RP02), can bind Insulin with an affinity constant of 12.0 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested) . 2.Recombinant Human Insulin Receptor Protein (ECD, short isoform), His Tag (Cat. No. 11086-H08H) captured on CM5 chip via Anti-His antibody, can bind Insulin with an affinity constant of 0.684 μM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (QC tested) .

The secreted recombinant human INSR isoform short consists of 928 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 106 (83+23) kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rhINSR is approximately 125-135 kDa & 40-45 kDa, corresponding to the α subunit and the ECD of β subunit respectively in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
