No. 15673-H49H-B) on SA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human IL-5R alpha Protein, Membrane-bound, Fc Tag (Cat. No. 10392-H01H1) with an affinity constant of 2.320 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant Human IL5RA comprises 559 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 63.44 kDa. It migrates as approximately 82.3 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
